Acceptance

By downloading or using FutGoat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Game service

FutGoat provides casual soccer trivia and guessing games. Features, player data, valuations, and availability may change. Player and market-value information is provided for entertainment and may be incomplete or outdated.

Acceptable use

You may use FutGoat for personal, lawful entertainment. You may not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its services, bypass purchase controls, or infringe the rights of others.

Advertising and purchases

The app may contain advertising and optional purchases. Store transactions are also governed by Google Play's terms. Except where required by law or store policy, completed purchases are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

FutGoat's original software, design, branding, and game presentation are protected by applicable law. Club, competition, player, and third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners. FutGoat is not endorsed by those owners unless explicitly stated.

No warranties

FutGoat is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of sports data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated, and features may be changed or discontinued. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
